Within seven days of completing a treatment, you will receive a text from us (provided you have consented to receiving text messages) with a link to complete a survey about your time with us. We ask that you please take the time to do this – it shouldn’t take you more than five minutes.

Your answers are confidential, though we will ask which GP surgery you are registered with. This is optional – you do not have to tell us.

If you have any compliments for our staff, we will let them and their managers know. If you have any concerns or suggestions for improvement, we will address these with the clinical and operational teams.
